1. Refund Policy

Please take note that most of the Money will be spent on upgrades for server, hiring workers such as coders, and website designers. All the money that we have accumulated will be spent within the first week, and as such WE CANNOT GIVE OUT REFUNDS in any shape way or form.

You may not ask for refunds for the following:

- For Getting Banned
- For failing to follow the rules
- For using the rank for more than 24 Hours

2. Benefits

You will be given your rank within the first 15 minutes of your purchase. If for some reason you did not get rank after 15 minutes, please contact us. Most likely the system may be offline and we need to bring it back up.

3. Ban Policy

Please note that we don't give out refunds upon your account being banned from our server. You can open a dispute case in our website about getting unbanned, and if its our mistake and not yours, we will let you in our server, and also your rank. If you are banned for not following the rules, disrespecting our staff, purposely destroying other people's creation, spamming our chat and website, and also advertising other people's server in our server. We also take action if you are causing annoyance or destruction, or being rude towards players on the site. We will also ban you if you show any racist attitudes towards any of our members.

4. Stacking Ranks

You are allowed to stack your rank until "Shadow". For Ex: You bought "Ghost" rank for $30, then the cost for the rank "Shadow" would only be $50 instead of the original $80. If you think something went wrong in the transaction, feel free to contact us.

5. Loss of Rank
